Terms:

C.O.D. Cash/Money Order/ Certified Check: All initial accounts are defaulted to credit card unless other payment methods are approved. (UPS no longer accepts cash).

C.O.D. Company Check And/Or Net Terms: Upon approval of our credit application.

• Credit and Debit Cards must be linked to the named account holder or business account. The use of personal cards belonging to friends, family members, customers, or unauthorized 3rd parties is strictly prohibited.

ACH deposit or Withdrawal: You may directly deposit a payment into our account. Or, upon completion of our ACH Withdrawal form we will automatically debit your account per the agreement.

Returns:

  • Returns must be accompanied by an invoice and RA number.
  • No returns on any dropship orders from the Sportsman Shawnee, Kansas location.
  • No returns on any (full case only) dropship locations.
  • All returns are subject to a restocking fee.
  • All returns from a dropship location will be charged a 35% restocking fee.
  • No returns will be accepted on printed or washed merchandise.
  • No returns accepted after 30 days from purchase.
  • Garments must be inspected before printing.
  • We cannot be responsible for third party shipping after garments are printed.
  • Discontinued/Closeout items cannot be returned.

    Pricing:

    PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
    The price list, our faxes, quotes, web site and sales promotions reflect a discount for customer terms: cash, company check or net dating.

    Case/Piece: The portion of an order that is shipped in solid case packing.

    Dozen/Piece: The portion of an order that is shipped in multiples of six pieces per size per color.

    Piece: The portion of an order that is not placed in cases or multiples of six pieces per size per color (Please inquire for the additional cost).

    Shipping:

    We make every attempt to ship UPS orders same day if placed by 5:00pm EST. Fluctuations in demand may impact same day shipping and cause short delays. Please refer to catalog for dropship locations cut-off times.

    Pick Ups:

  • Same day pickup service requires a minimum of a three hour notice to prepare your order. Fluctuations in demand may impact same day pick ups and cause delays.
  • A $5.00 “Pickup Rush Fee” will be added to any orders that are picked up prior to the three hour notice.
  • Pickups placed after 2:00pm will be available to pick up at 11:00am the next business day. This is subject to change based on seasonal warehouse demand.
