Access Denied

            This is a Base Level user ID. This user ID is unable to checkout orders.
If you believe you have reached this page in error, please contact your administrator user who originally set you up and have them change you to Online Buying Access.
The administrator user can do this using these steps:

Log in as administrator

Click on Account

Click Manage Users

Select user from the Users list

Change User Group and click save
